I discovered tonight that if you equip the halo site and the 2X magnifier on the 240B, you can go into your optics after and swap the halo for the M145 and have the 3.4 magnification from the m145 and still have the 2X magnifier as well. Didn't have a lot of time to play with it because the game froze shortly after for the second time tonight so I just shut it down.
EDIT: Forget about this, I tried it again today and the zoom you get is 3.4 with out the magnifier, and 2 with it, also the cross hairs are wrong, the gun shoots way low from center.
